The Outsiders Comparison

The book Outsiders and the movie are similar but have some differences. One difference is the way they both started. The movie started right away with Ponyboy,Johnny walking to soda pops job at the gas station and it skipped everything in the beginning that happened in the book. Another difference is in the movie it did not show when the socs beat up the greasers for example when they jumped Johnny in the movie they did not show any fights only the rumble and when Johnny killed the socs. In the movie when Dally took Ponyboy and Johnny to eat the little girls that went to their car to ask for money and Dally had a gun in his hand. None of that happened. The book it just was Dally got food for Ponyboy and Johnny and they went back to the church.
